Hey guys

Hi,

Let me introduce myself, since I totally forgot.. (Actually I sort of wrote my story of how I got here in my first post..)

I hope you guys can pronounce it, but my real name is Evert. I'm from the Netherlands, nice to meet you~! I'll try doing it in the 'format':
Holland (16/m/NL):EN+AH
Even though I claim to have done my share of magic when I was 'younger' (ahem), I'm trying to pick it up again. Been a while since I've done tricks, but i've been playing the guitar so I don't think my fingers have gotten too slow.

Finger manipulation / Card manipulation have always been my favourite things, and I'm looking forward in sharing experiences with you ^^.

A warm welcome to TalkMagic.

An English welcome I'm afraid, but a warm one nonetheless.

Happy browsing!

Yep, I think you're all getting the hang of dutch pronounciation!

I liked the dutch words some of you posted haha, "Lang leve de koningin"..
(= Long live the queen).. It's not something we use to say, but I'm sure the internet has made lots of people think so.
In fact, if i have to believe the internet.. i should be wearing wooden shoes ("Klompen") and such stuff.

Anyway, thanks for the welcome and I'm sure i'll enjoy my stay :D
Enjoying it already

I have a Dutch friend that lives in the south of the Netherlands.
He taught me this a long time ago and every time I said it, he would say: Hip hooray! So it's become a local dutch joke for me. :)
