Tax disc change!!

On one of the episodes of Max Magic there is an incident where the traffic warden is about to make a ticket for out of date tax but in a "colour change" method Max turns the disc from out of date to in date!! (in show it is from aug 03 to aug o4)
Does anyone know what the actual name of this effect is and where it can be bought??? I'd love to screw over the cambridge traffic wardens who seem to hide in bushes!!

Not helping Jordon out with his quest, yeah i am like that. But did you see max change the parking ticket in to £50 that was very funny indeed. Good luck with the quest Jordon
