Volume 2
Name: Art of Card Manipulation vol.2 by Jeff McBride (DVD format)
Price: Ranges from £25-£28 for DVD, PAL format video is £23.99
Difficulty: The components covered on this volume are considerably harder than those of volume 1! As the saying goes ‘Practise makes perfect’. That definitely fits this situation as the manipulations covered in this volume are not automatic and do need lots of practise to make perfect or even performable.
Running time: Approx. 70minutes.
Rating: This one is my favourite of the three volumes. I give it 10out of ten.

This colourful, eye-catching collection of surprising magic, artful dodges and impressive flourishes has to be seen to be believed! Comments: All I can say is this video is amazing as are volume 1+3. Card manipulation is a very pain-staking situation that previously you would have to read from a poorly detailed description with poorly drawn pictures from a poorly written book. Basically, if there were any books on card manipulation they just scratched the surface and didn’t include very much detail. Jeff McBride has spent a lifetime mastering all these sleights, flourishes, productions and his movement skills and now, he has taken his time to explain each individual component in great depth. I thank you personally Jeff McBride!
Volume 3
Name: Art of Card Manipulation vol.3 by Jeff McBride (DVD format).
Price: Ranges from £25-£28 for DVD, PAL format video is £23.99.
Difficulty: The manipulations are very hard in this volume and Jeff expects you to have a good knowledge and understanding of various manipulation techniques and he also teaches most of them in the previous volumes of the series. If this is the case, he just says, “This was explained in better detail in volume…” I must admit, Jeff doesn’t teach any manipulations on this tape as well as he has taught manipulations on the previous volumes.
Running Time: Approx. 70minutes.
Rating: 8out of ten. Mainly because of the lacking details in some of the components taught on this volume! Apart from that, it is great.
Description: Productions, fans and flourishes for close-up, stand-up and stage.

Comments: In this video, Jeff has taught a lot of the individual components and it is heavily based on constructing a card manipulation routine. I have to admit, he does teach some very hard manipulations with very little detail, but… there are super practise sessions after every couple of explanations.
Additional information: The DVD’s have better sound quality and a better picture. They have instant access to anything covered on that volume and an exclusive photo gallery NOT featured on the PAL video format!
“This video is the best teaching tool I have ever seen. I only wish that it had been available 20years ago when I started performing card manipulations. Highly recommended!” - Lance Burton.
“Marvellous! The best way to learn this type of material. A remarkable collection that will help the student more than any book.” - Eugene Burger.
“Jeff McBride has figured out how to put the passion into card manipulation”
-Max Maven.
I first bought these in video format. After a year or so, I purchased them in DVD format and sold the videos. I did this because they are so good.
I cannot recommend these videos enough!
If you would like anymore details don’t be afraid to ask. If you want any details on any particular component covered in this volume, just reply asking and remember and include the name of it!
Thanks,
Kevin
