Untill now I did used only impromptu effects and now I want to try some gimmicked too. Here goes:
1. Do I need a Steel Core Coin for Subterfuge or I can use any coins?
2. Which of "Spoon Bending Effects" is the best with a borrowed spoon?
3. What color and brand do you usually get cards like "ID", "Holy Sh-t" (and others). Can these be used for impromptu tricks as well?
And:
4. Is the "Stigmata by Wayne Huchkin" effect the same as in "Banachek Psi Series Vol 1-4" DVD? Which is better to buy?

Thanks guys

For a single spoon bending effect, I would recommend that you have a look at The Gallerian Bend by Erick Castle.

As for Stigmata, Wayne Houchin's video is definately worth purchasing. I believe that the effect is the same, but Wayne's video goes into far more detail on the effect than Banachek's.

Finally, Invisible Decks can be bought in different colours with many different back designs. I believe that the most common, however, are the Bicycle-backed decks.

I personally get all my decks in the same red bike back, since they can easily be assumed to be the same pack of cards.

I've already designed two tricks that use the ID which are far from the impromptu "out" style trick which so many people seem to think it's limited to and mine is still in the post!

Autobend silverware is an amazing spoon bend but it is a gimmicked spoon...You can do a switch though if you want to make it looked like its borrowed...You also end clean so there cannot be an assumption that its gimmicked as it can be examined...As for the gallerian bend, I heard it is realy good but never seen many reviews...

If you want to learn spoon bending, Banachek's a great way to go. Osterlind has some good bending pieces along similar lines as well.

Thank you guys for answers. I think Im going to buy Stigmata by W.Hutchin AND Banacheks DVDs (with spoon bend also). Anyway I found one interesting bender at http://www.my-magicshop.com/assets/s2dmain.html?http://www.my-magicshop.com/ Does anybody have a good or bad experience with this one? And what about Subterfuge (SMS) - do I need to use special coins with it or can be used ANY regular coins (euros)?
Thanks

Most new 2p and 1p pieces are fine for subterfuge - just pull a handful out and see if they work or not
