I think you need loads more practice. :)

For the pass, I've l'd concentrate on getting the actual moves as described in the literature and covering them as much as possible. That was not the classic pass as I know it.

For the DL, I'd concentrate on getting the PB secretly and smoothly. This can be done with a slight spread which you collapse and get the PB. Either that, or count them off with your little finger.

yeah practice will do good here. The pass definately needs work, like said before, that wasn't the classic pass. Ill recommend Royal Road to Card Magic, great book or Ninja 2 from the Ellusionist line of videos, thats where i learnt it from :D

That will probably be my next purchase then, I'm more of a visual learner so I'm more apt to go with ninja 2. Thank you for your help.

Then again if you seriously want to get that pass down and master it. Get Richard Kaufmans "On The Pass".
It will teach you how to do it.
By practice you will learn it.

Well I've talked to my parents on getting the ninja 2. They seemed to think it was fine. I will check out On the pass, after I get ninja 2. Thankyou all for viewing my movie and helping me out.

Thats definitely not ready for performance's IMHO.

Personally I'd stay away from E products, they're expensive and they tend to use glossy images, and hype etc to get people into buying. Look for a decent book like the royal road to card magic (£10). Or a decent video on all-round card sleight technique.

If you're patient you'll improve.

Could I ask where you have learnt from so far?

RRTCM (R Paul Wilson, not the 4 set) and Daryll's Card Sleights have both been recommended to me.

It's not a classic pass at all, but the fact he's shown us proves that he really wants to improve.

If he gets royal road book, (maybe card college if he's rich), and/or the Royal Road 5 DVD set, he should be ok.

Here are some beautiful passes and other sleights:

I find this video quite encouraging, you've got to admit he's very good!!

This is one of the things I started early, I've started graphic design, and some programming.

Supermagictom, very very nice job! Once again thankyou for all your help.
