LARGE Close up mat

Postby crispy » Feb 3rd, '07, 10:30

Does anybody know where I can get a large close up mat, it needs to be around 16 x 23 inches.

I have had a look around and can only find one at card collection and ellusionist, one's a bit pricey for a mat and the others in the States.

Any help would be great.

I always make my own.......a peice of cardboard in the size/shape you want.....and then go to a fabric store and buy a thin sheet of foam padding and material....I like to use fleece (at least that is what we call it in north america) for my material, it is soft, thick, and is easy to pick up coins from, spread cards on, etc.....doing it this way I can get the colour and everything that I want.....

Hi,

Try Clive Leewarden at the Card Collection (cards4magic.co.uk I think). He has a large variety of mats including the 16x23 that you're after.
