iTricks is a magic podcast, run by Justin Robert Young, and Andrew Mayne.

iTricks is rapidly gaining the top postion in the Preforming Arts section on iTunes.

This week on iTricks (being realesed on monday) they are giving away ten unrealeased copies of Maynia, before it even hits shelves.

Maynia is Andrew Maynes new DvD with 5 new effects on it.
Effects include.

Drawn From The Light:

From what I understand from the trailer is that the Magician draws a picture of a light buld on paper and with empty hands, the magician throws the peice of paper on his hand and out of paper pops a lightbulb.
Very Visual.

Stab'd:

Magician warps a sharp pencil around a peice of paper, then proceds to stab himself/herself or spectator ( I think) crushing the paper and no damage is aquired, magician then un wraps the pencil to show the pencil is still indeed there.

Finger Sawing:

A playing card is wrapped around a finger then another card is sliced by the spectator right through, the magicans finger, OUCH.

Pop Fist:

I dont really understand this one the tralier really goes over this quickly and I wasnt able to catch it. Sorry

Finger Of Death:

Card is chosen i think even signed then replaced in the deck, magician proceeds to dribble the cards into the air, and then the magicians jabs his finger into the mess of cards flying everywhere.
One card is then seen to be impaled on the magicians finger.

iTricks also puts out podcasts once a week on individual magicians such as,

regarding what has happened to then in the week and so forth.

Why do i get the feeling this guy isn't here to have informative and intresting conversastions about magic with us all

The next question is why are the obvious spam posts not deleted as soon as a mod recognizes it as such. And, delete the UID and block the IP as well.

We do but bear in mind we're not 'on duty' 24/7 so hang on a while and we'll get there !
