You're walking on the border of the SinBin.

If you're really interested in magic, and this forum, I suggest you delete this thread and post a proper introduction.

Currently Reading "House of Mystery" (Abbott, Teller), Tarbell, Everything I can on busking

Grab yourself a copy Mark Wilson's Complete Course, that contains enough to give you a very good base

There are many places which offer magic tuition on-line etc and this is perhaps just a later incarnation of things like the Tarbell Course and other correspondence courses by post. Sadly, many of the ones via the Internet can be scams or just passing on the secrets developed by others so we tend to be a little jumpy about sources of teaching!

The Tarbell Course is available in printed format or on a CD - check out http://www.lybrary.com/tarbell-course-p ... rers_id=18 and contains many of the basics of magic - even if it was first produced over 70 years ago. Mark Wilson's book is an excellent suggestion and excellent value for money. If you're looking for personal tuition then a magic club would be a good place to try, most club members will be happy to help with the odd trick or two.
