says gunnarkr, for iceland. hehehe

And? What do you mean? ...I don't get your point! :?

I'm living a lot closer to the North Pole than you are, but I'm still going to the convention in Blackpool and I went to the International Magicic Convention in London last November. My location is not stopping me from traveling to interesting events. :)

I asked this question because:

What location makes it impossible for someone to attend any convention at all?
The moon?

Hmm how about getting some one REALLY bad in and do a lecture on "how not to do magic" I'll do it if the price is right :D

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

There's this guy from Japan that I saw on TV a lot when I was there. Here's the link to his English site.

I don't know if he'll tours. Don't know how busy he is.

He was so clean. Even when I know what he's doing It's hard to spot.

It's not Cyril, btw.

Hehe ive got the chance to go to a convention with Wayne Houchin next weekend, but i'd also like to meet Paul Harris, Lee Asher, Daniel Garcia and Derren Brown, to name but a few.

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

gunnarkr, honestly it doesn't matter. It's just my sad sense of humour.
I have to say that Derren Brown really is lovely to meet. A genuinely nice guy.
I'm guessing he still doesn't beat paul Harris though Zack ?

I just think that to hear his philosophy on astonishment, from the man himself, would be awesome. Absolutely awesome.

His second Stars of Magic DVD has clips of him explaining just that.

There's no way I can make it there, but PH would be a good guest anywhere.

Currently Reading "House of Mystery" (Abbott, Teller), Tarbell, Everything I can on busking

Mark Wilson. Wouldn't it be great to hear from the author of the magicians "Bible"?

Ali Bongo. no explanation required surely?

There are many great magicians, but that doesn't mean they can give interesting lectures. I believe I could sit through hours of listening to Wayne Dobson, without noticing the time, so he would be my other choice.
