I was reading about Greg Glau's new piece "Lost Souls":

This is one of those things which, like all good magic I guess, sounds to good to be true. Seems like a fun little effect, although one that's probably more of a "Where's the trick?" kind of thing (I'm not so into mentalism in general). I feel like the blurb leaves out stuff which reduces the impact of the effect - the fact the spectator is always switching two cards rather than just random shuffling may or may not be important/suspicious.

I was just wondering whether anyone had actual experience in using it, and how convincing it really is?
