First off let me say.....YES....I do own the effect! I need some suggestions from anyone else out there that has or knows about it.....I need another set of the "Three special peices".......I was performing mine at a restaurant the other day, and when I tabled the "three special peices" someone accidently spilled their water all over them.....so needless to say they are not in peformance shape anymore. I don't want to buy the entire effect again - and I am aware of card splitting and making my own - but I would much rather buy replacements.......anyone know where/if they are available!?!?!

If you are concerned about me just "fishing" for the gaffs, feel free to pm me and I will prove that original effect exists in my work box......

Never seen 'refills' for SG, but you could try http://www.magicbycardmaker.com
who charges €2.50 per card - working out at about £5 plus postage.
Compare £15 to buy the whole trick again.

Also means you can have your choice of backs, and avoid the black back which is so close in tone to the blue back.

I thought I was just crazy when I thought that....nice to hear others say the same.....I have a few blue/red....and was thinking of trying the routine with a black deck instead, and substitute the Blue red in for the blue/black......

If you ever see Bannon perform this routine the three odd backs aren't even bicycles!
He uses different 'novelty' backs to make the differences more obvious.

I think someone made his cards for him.

I have never seen him perform it, but was wondering myself if the backs had to be bikes........I thought about using my cards splitting knowlede and making the cards out of various "World Poker Tour" backs....that way you could add some patter to it about a gambling cheat that got caught producing for of a kind.........and when cornered about it, it became obvious that he brought them to the deck himself as they didn't even match!

It would be the same effect, but bringing poker cards and a gambling theme into it, you would make it seem very relevant in todays mainstreem!

I changed the blue/black for a blue/red for the same reasons as you metioned. It is awful hard to see. A red one really stands out. In place of the red deck finale I used a green one, a real shocker on the eyes!
