"BBC1's flagship Saturday night show, Let Me Entertain You, showcases members of the public with special talents - singing, juggling, dancing etc, ike an updated Opportunity Knocks. Except when they held auditions for the show, the standard of contestant was found to be "horrendous", so now the BBC are paying up to two grand a week to hire professional and semi-professional entertainers to fill up the time and space."

they might have to bring this down another notch to include me but i would so be up for something like this. when i've finished uni I'm going on a challenge to get on random TV shows (basically being a big publicity whore)
