I know a pretty funny version of this trick. I once saw a female magician perform it.
It was as follows: (You need to know how the trick is done, which I will not tell you)
1. Have spectator draw a card
2. Place a Joker on the table, making the spectator think its his card. (Plenty ways to do this)
3. Use A Joker for "this - card", ace of Spades for "that - card" and the chosen card as the "other - card"
4. Tell the "I met a guy" story.
5. Say he first wanted you to find the Ace (But everywhere jokers)
6. Then he made it easier and wanted you to find one of the jokers. (But everywhere Aces)
7. Last he showed you The Ace and one Joker and asked you where the other joker is...
