Anything with Adam Sandler in always makes me laugh, Happy Gilmore and Little Nicky are two of his best.

Cool Runnings is brilliant too,
The Naked Gun and Police Academy films

i think i've just vomited my entire inner body at the mere thought of Titanic...men have only watched that because of their other halves surely?

yes, eraser head, very odd...

recently, i was pleasantly surprised at Casino Royale, despite various little cornball lines being thrown out...plus eva green is lovely...

didnt mind kingdom under heaven, that was pretty good, dead man's shoes is superb...brilliant british film that ISNT a rom/com...

That sounds like one of those video shops with the blacked out windows and brown paper bags. Not that I know anything about them you understand

I second the Love film comment, they are a great company

I've seen recently:

An Inconvienient Truth

Not a well made film in a cinematography sense but compelling and very scary!

Hot Fuzz

Pegg, Frost, Guns and West Country folk.....enough said

Lady Vengence

Korean action/revenge flick from maybe my favourite director of the moment. Also made Oldboy and Sympathy for Mr. Vengence. Please watch Oldboy before Hollywood remake it and spoil it as they have with the Japanese Horror genre

Hot Fuzz - Funny as hell! So many 'shaun of the dead' in-jokes too :D

Hannibal Rising - Not a patch on the book, but emotionally, a very moving film i felt. There is scene when Hannibal is trying to save his baby sister in the middle of a warzone and there is ammunition exploding all around them. Its very tense and sad.

The Illusionist - I got this on retail dvd from America. A romance drama with great plot twists. Fans of magic history will love seeing some historic effects (even if CG)
