ENCHANTED CUBE

Postby dat8962 » Mar 2nd, '07, 18:32

For those of you that don;t know or can't remember, this is the instant resetting Rubiks Cube. Here's a hint!!!!

Did I get it? - YES

Is it any good? - DON'T KNOW (yet)

What did I learn? - Read the damned instructions before mixing up the cube as it's a memory test technique  , albeit an easy one.

I got the cube out of the box, mixed it up, giving it a damned good mix too, thinking there will be some secret button or something. I next looked at the cube and couldn't see anything obvious so I opened the instructions.

First line - MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MIX UP THE CUBE UNTIL YOU'VE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS  Wish they had printed that on the box

I've downloaded a solution but haven't yet had time to sit down and go through it to reset it all. Until then.......

I'll let you know

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

if this is the one i had i didn't get on with it as you need to get the randomly mixede cube   to a certain set position as your suposedly mixing it up further then do the finish and toss it in the air to solve it.
i also expected a mechanical device when i saw the demo which is missleading at best.

Good luck Dat.
I can do a regular Cube no problem, but a mixed-up 'trick' cube is just too confusing.
Best thing is probably to take the cube apart and put it together again.

Unless you enjoy frying your brain.....

I would suggest you take it apart if you can't solve it. It isn't too hard and instructions can be found online. You can put it back together right, or in the necessary position and it shouldn't break, or take too long.
Good luck anyway!

I used to be able to solve the cube in quick time when it was popular to have a cube. The years have ensured that I forgot the secret but I have already, as stated downloaded some instructions so that I can put it back to it's solved position.

I just need to make the time to do this
