Am I having a senior moment or have i seen a Russian Roulette type effect with a sharp spike reviewed or discussed in here recently? I can find Spike but its rather expensive and I seem to remember talk about a good value item - but I may just be hallucinating

There is also the russian roulette dvd which you make yourself which has tempted me but I've spent the extra for a more pro looking device which is less likely to go wrong.
