Metal rings

Postby beeno » Mar 14th, '07, 16:46

Does anyone know where to get cheap metal rings from?
I'm after some about 3 or 4 inches for ring and rope work.
I've seen them at online magic stores, and call me tight if you like, but I just don't fancy paying £25+ for a couple of bits of metal.

So are there any cheap alternatives.

You could try a plumber's merchant, they have all sorts of things that you might be able to use. I've washers and things from them that I use in rope work

Check in a hardware stores, they have plenty of things like this. A good thing about the items from these stores is that they can also look less like gimmicks.

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

Thanks. I never even thought about plumbing.
And as luck would have it, I'm meeting up with a friend of mine tonight who just happens to be a plumber. :D
