Well, after all the talk I've read over the past 8 months about Royal Road to Card Magic, Mark Wilson's Complete Course, and J. B. Bobo's Modern Coin Magic, it took a moment of absolute boredom at work to type "www.amazon.ca" and with a few simple clicks of the mouse have these 3 books shipped to my address (unfortunately it will take a while because of Royal Road not being currently available).
Sorry it took so long to heed everyone's advice on the matter. The point I really want to stress is that it REALLY hit home when I realized that I purchased these 3 invaluable items that I will likely pass down to my future children and (in addition to the loads of stuff I already know) will add SO MUCH to my knowledge of magic, and tricks, routines, tips, etc for $40 !!!!
CANADIAN!!!!! 
That is less than 20 UK pounds.... and less than the price of 2 single trick DVD's!!!!
I haven't even received the items yet and I can't believe how I didn't do this sooner. I have paid $40 for JUST FOR SHIPPING of various purchases from Ellusionist and other sites... This is an example of GOOD C.U.P.S!
In addition, I've solved my lack of bedtime reading material dilemma for the next year or so!
