i have ordered some gear from here and was told it would be posted on the monday as i ordered on the friday and still have not received it after 2 weeks, and cannot get in touch by phone as no one is answering and also my emails have not been returned, has anyone else had any problems with world of magic, they are usually really good!!!??

I'v eonly got praise for them, I'm afraid. I'll always look there first - I've never had a problem with their level of service.

yeah, thats what im thinking, they are top notch, maybe something is up, i will try again, maybe they've gone on hols or something else. oh well.

I've used them a few times and have never had a problem before.

all is well!!! world of magic is a fab shop and everyone should go there.

Yep great site, great service.
Although they have too much stuff or something. Their site's a complete pain to browse for things. So much so, that I usually end up shopping somewhere else for it.

It's hard to browse through but they have a great range of stuff and their prices are usually very reasonable.
When I have ordered from them, it takes longer to arrive than other sites but they have a wider range of books than the majority of sites.

I've found with a lot of online magic stores the time it takes for something to arrive can vary considerably.

I ordred some Rope , Some Bands and a dvd from there. I got the rope and bands within 3 days (a saturday) had to wait till the tuesday for the dvd.

That's right, with www.magictricks.co.uk, www.magicshop.co.uk, www.magicworld.co.uk and www.alakazam.co.uk the delivery is so quick.
If you order in the morning it can often arrive the next day!
Others are slower but I have no complaints about the service of anyone I have used.
