Invisible Rising Card

Postby MartinUK » Mar 26th, '07, 20:17

How is everyone?

I’ve been looking at the “Invisible Rising Card” following a recent thread about the ID. Isn’t Paul Harris a genius?!! I’m having difficulty understanding the switch. Figure 5 in the book (Art of Astonishment) doesn’t reflect the phootnote that follows. Also the description of the switch is a little confusing too. Can someone with experience of this effect PM me to discuss my difficulties?

Thanks in advance

Martin

I agree; PH is a genius.

I'll send you a PM with a slightly different explanation of the switch.

I agree - Fig. 5 doesn't reflect how it should look... The five of hearts shouldn't be so! (If you have the book - look it up!! (Pages 207-209, Art of Astonishment, Book 1).

As I said, see PM (give a moment to type it though!).

- WC.

Is this in Art of Astonishment? if so, which volume?

Yes, Paul Harris is a creative genious. He even looks a little einstein-ish!

I believe it's in Volume 1.
