Hi guys I was just thinking about; what do you guys think makes a good magic DVD, and do you have some to recommend?

If you're into mentalism then you can't go wrong with any of Richard Osterlind's DVDs. I have a magic video of his that's quite old, that's pretty good too, check to see if that's available in DVD.

But is that true? Some of the greatest "magicians" aren't the greatest teachers.

No, but WATCHING a good magician can be more beneficial than a pure 'teach you some tricks' DVD...

Agree with this strongly! I learned more from studying sadowitz perform, than from any teaching DVD.
