yes...i enjoyed this dvd...50/50 is rather lovely, i always get a couple wrong though at the start before i can tune in properly...

there's a few others i enjoy too, though all the names are a jumble in my mind at the moment...very enjoyable release...(but arent they all matron)...

Just recently got this DVD and it's excellent. Not one poor effect on there and the fact that the gaff cards are included means you can get practicing them right away.
I shall be getting The Trickery next as I like Dave's style and thinking.

I was having a look at this DVD and was impressed. It appears that I have finally let down my guard of the 'no gimmick' rule as I've found they can provide better effects sometimes.

Just one question for anyone with this DVD- what are the gimmicks like in relation to performing multiple tricks?

Obviously I don't mind a bit of adjusting here and there but I don't want to be fiddling about with the deck to much between tricks.

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

They are like standard gimmick cards such as double face & back, blanks etc so you would have to remove them from deck or do a deck switch if performing.
I'm usually not into gimmicks and prefer sleights, but the effects on here are excellent and all usable.

Yeah I thought so, I prefer sleights myself but like the impact with some gimmicks. I'm thinking that as long as they're used within reason you could get away with it.

Had this DVD arrive on Wednesday, and it is absolutely crazy!! The effects are so visual, so workable.

David Forrest has such a creative mind and a lot of thinking has gone into fitting these gaffs into the effects in such a way that there will never be heat on the gaff cards. A prime example of this is Jackass. There is just no heat on the gaff its amazing!!

I will definately work these into my routines with great ease

Yes, there are some very strong effects on there. His Blurred Deck routine is fabulous and so simple, but visually powerful.

Guys will you please stop giving me all these great reviews for material. My credit card is sitting beside me here and my will power is getting weaker by the minute.
