Don't get me wrong, all of these are great ways to have fun with a heckler. But, what about the point that most hecklers are trying to bring out this reaction. Depending on the person and the crowd, if I choose to not just ignore it I often like to meet them with kindness and treat everything they say as completely true, and then use it as a segway into my next effect. Of course this doesn't always work and some of them just need that t*** card.
