Bill Switch ala Jay Sankey and Richard Sanders

Postby resdog » Apr 11th, '07, 14:36

I was watching "Sankey Sanders Sessions", and they both do a couple of routines that use a TT bill switch. They both say "This description is found elsewhere on this DVD", but I can't for the life of me find it. I also see Jay Sankey perform this switch in many of his DVDs, but have yet to find an explanation of it. Does anyone know which Jay Sankey DVD an explanation of this move is? Thanks in advance!

he's got a new one out, hundred dollar miracles on dvd...2 hours of bill switch applications...

hanklee.org might be your best bet as you're in the USA...think they're offering free shipping at the moment?

Has he explained this on any other DVD? I have several of his, like Sankey Secret Files, Sankey Sanders Sessions, Firestarters, Revolutionary Coin Magic, Sankey-tized Vol. 1 & 2, No Card Tricks, Greatest Hits and Make Your Own Magic. Obviously, I can cycle through all of these until I find one that explains it, but wanted to check here if anyone knew if he described it on an earlier dvd of his. Thanks!

The bill switch is the Kozlowski switch (or the '100 Dollar Bill Switch') (Mike Kozlowski) (spelling?) and is taught on many of Jay's DVDs, including '45'.

Pretty fundamental TT stuff, really. Kozlowski invented the method of folding used, and it's quite widely used by loads of magicians.

He also teaches it in the trick Crocodile Tears on Revolutionary Coin Magic.

ID did you order this of magicshop on special offer?

I ordered mine last week and its still not her yet, its prob due to easter messing things up but was just wondering how long ago you order your copy.

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

From Magicshop £17.99

expensive for a TT but Oh man this is the bees knees of TT's!! :D

Put it on.. point your hands towards a spec, they will NEVER NEVER know.. because it looks like the real thing, the skin has fingerprints!! The nail has a light sheen, the creases are in the right place.. very nice

Obviously no good for the bill switch as the interior suface is rubber.. but everything else yepindeedy!!

oh and because of the nature of the design its load is larger than a regular TT too.

Wills ordered mine Monday got it Wednesday.. id chase it up mate

I'm guessing your not one of those people who thinks you should be able to use a bright purple TT and no one will notice!
