"I asked you to write something down." Also true.

No one said they happened at the same time. He asked two separate questions and got two separate responses.

I'm not saying my solution is THE way it was done. I simply offered it as some insight into the method. The question I ask of you, though, is "are you saying that you really, truely believe it's all NLP?"

Well since I've started looking into mentalism, i have realized that a lot of his stuff\is just plain trickery. But when i see something like that, when something is accomplished just by him talking to someone, i just can't get my head around it.

I don't know what to say...I'm sooo confused...

There could be some DR in there, I had the same idea as Rob just without the DR and some other twists... but it's not in the spirit of things to speculate on another's methods so I won't say any more.

Ollie, the more you come to know about mentalism the more you'll realise that 'just speaking to someone' is one of the most powerful tools available to you... provided you know the right words and how to structure such things of course. I do quite a few things which depend soley upon words and the DR approach, which will be seeing publication quite soon.
