I can't think of a good enough replacement, but I'll rule a few non-runners out for you:

I think the "Nothing Up My Sleeves Arms" would sound damn silly.

The "Red Rabbit" (ala Red Lion) sounds like a sex toy.

I know there are those that would like the "Lewis's Head" ;)

As a general observation, has anyone noticed that it's usually new members who suggest changes?

The Lewis (D*ck) Head would suffice!

What about the Turtles Head?

Its like brining a lass back and she telling you to change the wallpaper and the carpet and that rug has to go....

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

Why do they spend 5 years changing you then say, "you're not the man I married"

To quote only fools and horses "i have had this broom for five years it has had 6 new heads and for new handles"

I noticed that too. I think it's because they want TM to change to fit them (like cozy couch) instead of the other way around. I got used to the names of all the forums and was a bit surprised when the review section expanded. THAT was a good decision, but I think doves head should stay the same.

Heh - definitely a case of "move the fire mum, I'm burning..." :D

Good luck on your quest for change, monker. I'm sure it will bring you friendship and happiness

I'm not suggesting any major changes. This is the only thing I think could be changed. I'm sure everybody else on these forums has suggestions to make the forums better. Maybe it's only the new members who state their ideas. Maybe people who have been here for longer don't bother suggesting changes.

I really fail to see how a name of a section could make it better. It's such a minor detail that I doubt it will have any effect on anyone who reads it. So I think the whole re-naming thing is kind of pointless. But again, that's my opinion.

So...Why's this place called "TalkMagic?" Why not "TypeMagic?"

Thanks,
Dominick
