I don't know if you noticed, but there are several magic sites listed below. Try going to those places. Just look down here:

Out of curiosity - what is an impossible penny?

Its a penny used in PK effect. This coin can be easily identified ny the big "one cent" on the back and the printed year on these coins is 1943.

I have tried to get just the penny but most shop only offer PK bundle pak. I just need a few pennies and yes I have tried various sites Below with no luck if anyone know exactly where pm me or just reply. Thanks

These are real, government issued coins from 1943? Have you considered going to coin shops? Or, sometimes you'll find these things in antique shops, too.

Just a thought.

Mike.

Thanks Mike I'll give it a go and if not I think I'll try the bank too!
I'll post up the results of my quest later, HA! And Yes they are the real deal but not the kind that are worth anything, I heard there are a few that are worth a small fortune too! :P

Yep. If you find a 1943 copper penny, you're a lucky guy. You can get quite a bundle of money for that. And there were only a handful made by accident. So I highly doubt finding one will be possible.

Thanks,
Dominick

In the states, 1943 pennies were not made of copper (except rarely) because copper was needed in the war effort. The first effect I got based on the properties of this coin was more than 40 years ago. It was a clever paddle trick (maybe some of you old timers remember this!)

Since then, many more effects have been developed using these coins. Because of this, and their popularity with coin collectors, the end result is that they have become somewhat scarce.

Nonetheless, a quick search on Ebay will find you as many of these as you would like!

Now if you can live with any other coin aside from a penny, there are many gaffed coins of this type available on the market. Quarters and fifty cent pieces are fairly easy to come by. They can be a bit pricey, but for the strength of an effect are terribly worthwhile.
