Hi, I'm Ciaran, 34 AH from sheffield UK.
I saw on someone elses post them being told to do the right thing and come in here and introduce themselves so I thought I'd better do the same thing.
I have been doing coin and card tricks since i was a young teen and never really stopped but never really concentrated on it since either. More like if there were some cards about at a party, that sort of thing. An interest by my own now teenage son, a year or so ago, has sparked the bug off in me again. Having had the last 3 months off work following an operation i have had time to get "really obsessed" (quote from partner).
I owe this obsession to my Grandad who used to show me coin tricks and rope tricks (ex navy) as a kid and taught me my first trick (french drop) when i was about 10.

My sister did that. She went from being a chef to being a driving instructor while convalescing after abdominal surgery.
