There is a DVD out called "Double Take" by Gregory Wilson. That one did exceptionally well explaning the DL that I had no problem learning it.
I was able to learn the bill switch, but compared to Jay Sankey's other material, I rate his explanation of this right up there with Brian Tudor's explanations on "Heckler".
