I saw this, I thought they had a good spread of quiz knowledge. The way the male Eggheads simply can't resist adding what they know beyond what's asked for is truly annoying, though. In a league match they'd be shouted down due to time! After all, the quicker we get finished, the quicker we all get at the free sandwiches.

The producers encourage us to 'work through' our answers, which in my case was not a successful strategy! George Thorogood's 'bourbon, scotch, and beer' would have helped. Nevertheless, the experience was great.

I saw it last night and thought you guys did great. I think the eggheads were actually very lucky on several occasions so it could easily have gone the other way.

Unfortuately though I missed the first couple of minutes - which is I assume where the magic was done. I would blame it on my lovely assistant for not setting the recorder on time, but that would b ungracious of me...

Anyway. well done.

Remind me to buy you a bourbon next time we meet...
