you wouldnt be able to turn the magnets on and off. having worked with shells for a long period myself i must say i just use a standard set realy.
the best advice i can give is to invest in some "worker" peas as well as the standard ones, do a swap, and if asked for the props to examine, you are home free with a switch.
it would pay off so much! has done for me!
sorry i couldnt really help with the magnetic shells though. all i can say is that you cant turn them off, and from personal experience, using the standard shells has worked for me.
but that is just one opinion, so dont take it as gospel!
