Me, Myself, and I

Like so many others here I've been interested in magic a long time and have been doing really simple stuff. Lately, my interest has grown to a new level and I have started reading books and watching DVDs to really try and learn magic and a few tricks really well.
My main interest lies in impromptu tricks with coins, cards, rubberbands, and other "everyday" objects. The less gimicks and setups, the better in other words.
I have also started creating my own effects, but I suspect all of it has been done already (which is one of the reasons I've come here).

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??
