Mine are Entourage and Wild Card. Also, colour monte.

Excellent question!

For me, a few favorites would have to include:

Card Warp
Entourage
Twisted Sisters
Queens out of Control
The Capitulating Cards (one of my personal favorites)
Color Monte
Credit Aces
Platonism and/or Flipped, Marked and Mirrored

As for small packet effects with regular cards - my tops would be:

Twisting the Aces
Jumping Gemini
Jazz Aces routines
Bannon's Degrees of Freedom and Power of Poker routines are incredible as well.

Got to be Twisted Sisters followed closely by Queens Out of Control.

I just love these two!
