So I'll start with the present.. I'm a 17 year old senior at my highschool and I'll be turning 18 in 7 days and graduating in 17. I first started magic as a young kid after seeing a performence on tv. Though I was too nervous to actually perform for strangers so basically I just did tricks to my family and eventually just stopped. Then pretty much sometime during this school year I was hanging out with some friends and did a very simple card trick that I had remembered how to do and they flipped out. Getting a reaction like that was enjoying and also a confidence builder. Anyway, I'm mainly just working on card magic and a little bit of impromptu. Well hopefully I'll get good enough for you guys to consider me a magician sometime in the future!
QUESTION: If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??
Great to have you in 'the family' - I'm sure you'll love TM, once you've found your way around a little.
It's really good to hear how you've been drawn back into the art - there's nothing quite like the rush you get from seeing an audience entertained to the point of speechlessness, is there?
The members here are an exceedingly-friendly bunch; any problems, questions (obviously without exposure-issues) etc., please feel free to shout!

Hi Archilleus, and welcome to TM. You will quickly discover that odoing magic to strangers is actually much easy than friends and family (in my experience).
