Hi Y’all,

My name is Matt, I am 30 and living in the UK; ever since seing ‘The Prestige’ and ‘The Illusionist’ I have got back big sty-le in to magic and have been doing tricks that I knew from years ago and now on to the new stuff.

I performed J.B. Bobo’s ‘HigherMentality’ after a dinner party the other night for the first time which went down well, reactions were good but I am sure I can get more out of that trick...simpler tricks still seem to have people more bamboozled.

I do have one question, on the Merchant of Magic website where you can hire a magician, there is feedback that describes a trick, the man has three coins in his fist, then he feels an extra coin arrive... can anyone tell me the name of this trick?

Good to know you're getting back into magic, and great to hear how your first effect went off :D

Sadly (not being a coin geek!) I'm not certain of the name of the effect you've described, but I'm sure that one of our resident experts will be along very soon, to help you out :D

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

Not too sure of the name of the trick, but there's something similar on Jay Noblezada's "In The Beginning There Were Coins" DVD?
