I've also bought this DVD. The reactions from the trick that I get are awesome. You can't do it twice to one person though as they'll probably catch on, that, and the possibility of having a different 'kinds'. The setup really isn't that hard at all; but if you do the trick so much, it becomes costly. The one way to make it not cost as much is to 'keep what they give you' and save the gimmick, so the total cost will be pretty much 1 dollar. Overall, this is a good trick, but be careful with it, it can be easy to give the setup away.

Yes, it's possible. And looks fabulous if done smoothly.

I assume for a fiver you'll need to get the colour just right tho, rather than just black?

Awesome DVD

Postby Mantis » Mar 17th, '07, 15:14

Thank you for this review. I was thinking of getting this DVD and was unsure until I read this review. I purchased it from Ellusionist and all I can say is WOW. It was worth the $25. Alot of others you buy aren't made so well and the instructions are somewhat poor. With this DVD you feel like you created something. You can tell alot of thought and planning went into making this. Thanks again.

I absolutely love this effect. The construction can be a little bit of a pain but it is so worth it. I only do this trick now when people ask me to do something, rather than doing it in a routine. It just blows people away!!!

Ok so I'm interested in this and have read the whole thread, but I was curious about a couple things. I was wondering if there was a switch and if so how complicated that can be? It would be preferable if anyone could PM a reply. Thanks for any help!

Read the rules, ty.
If it's a gimmick, or something that can't be used once sold, then yes. If you want to swap dvds, I suggest you change your approach.

Currently Reading "House of Mystery" (Abbott, Teller), Tarbell, Everything I can on busking
