Hello from Moldova!

Hi! I'm Ruxanda, a 17 years old girl from Moldova (if you're really bad at geography and don't know where's this country - don't worry... I get that a lot! ;) ).
I've been registered on this forum for almost a year now and I haven't actually posted before, but I did a lot of reading...
I'm a complete beginner and even if I've been interested in magic for some time, I didn't actually start learning how to do magic till really recently (you see... it's quite difficult finding some magic material in my country... ).
Anyways, I've just bought The Royal Road to Card Magic, Bobo's Modern Coin Magic, Corinda's 13 Steps to Mentalism and De'Vo's Xtreme Beginner (I hope it will improve my card handling, because I'm quite clumsy at the moment) and now I'm waiting to finish school and devode my summer to learning magic... :D
Hi again and excuse me in advance for all the english language/spelling mistakes I might make ;)

there's loads of hint and tips in different sections, all marked "sticky" for book recommendations and so on....

You seem to have got a good bit of material there to last you a while anyway.

Oh and don't worry about your english it looks fine to me.

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

Actually, there's no such thing as Moldavian language! :lol: We speak Romanian... And "Multumesc mult" everyone for the warm welcome! :)

And, yes, Monker, Moldova's between Romania and Ukraine... I see you know your geography! :)

Always learning. I knew the languages were close, but didn't know they were this close. I've been a few times to Romania, mainly by the Black sea, so next time I go, I have to find time to travel a bit further north and visit Moldova. I also remember when Moldova made a bold entry to Eurovision Song Contest with the old drum beating grandma :)
