Eugene Burger has a brilliant DVD out on resteraunt magic as part of the Chicago tapes dvds. The card under the tablecloth is really great IMHO

Don't maon about not seeing a magician in your local favourite eatery - approach the management and get the booking yourself!
Advice simply does not come any better than that - Jae should charge for this.
