Hello!

Anyone here a member of the Intrnational Brotherhood Of Magicians? If so, keep an eye out for the June issue of the Linking Ring... :D

Congratulations! :P Well done, Mr. Kras.

I hope that, upon reading the article yourself, you realize the importance of having a good editor (Jon Racherbaumer) and the need for a good illustrator (Tony Dunn) to ensure that your work looks professional.

I further hope that the thrill of being this month's guest artist in the "One-Man Parade" section beats trying to sell anything you can to anyone who's willing to buy it.

I would suggest that you send Peter Marucci a "thank you" card - not an e-mail, but a real card with a hand written note, signed, sealed and delivered. Mr. Marucci deserves at least that much.

And, credit where credit is due:

Congratulations on a job well done.

Mike.

Thank you, Mr. Jay. WOW, you have the June issue already? How does my parade look? :)

I will take your advice about Mr. Marucci. I agree he deserves it.

Mike, any chance that those of us not in the IBM could read this article on you? Could be interesting.

Or you could just copy and paste it into the thread. That would be a lot easier.

WELL Monker since being Guest Artist means publishing a manuscript, I would be unable to post it here without exposing.

Monker, he honestly cannot copy and paste the manuscript here on the open forums - it really would be exposure.

Aside from that, while he owns the original manuscript, the edited version, copied and pasted, would be highly illegal because the copyright goes to The Linking Ring. Without their express permission, it cannot be reproduced.

You haven't seen it yet? You are going to be very, very happy with it. Your folks are going to be very proud of you. It is as good as any pros work that I've ever seen in The Linking Ring. While the material itself reflects that you need time to grow, it is very well laid out, very professional and very nice.

Even as such, there is workable material throughout. A good offering (which, if it wasn't, it wouldn't have made the pages to begin with, eh?).

It's good stuff, Mike. Like I said, when you see it, you will realize the difference between what you've been offering and what can be done with a good editor and illustrator.

Mike.

Thank you, Beeno!

How do you all already have your Linking Rings? I am still waiting for mine... haven't even seen my own Parade yet. :?

Ah well... I will have to sit back and ply The Waiting Game.
