Maybe a 3, some things being more difficult then others obviously but there is nothing extremely demanding on the DVD.
Review
I got this DVD because I had been interested in getting into coin magic for some time now. I could see why some people wouldn't like him but I think Jay is a good teacher and he does a good job of covering everything you need to know about the sleights, tricks and routines presented on the DVD.
The DVD starts off at the very beginning, with the classic palm. It covers the most important palms (though I'm not sure I could count the edge grip as that important) and then moves through vanishes, appearances and some misc. stuff before moving on to individual tricks and then complete routines. Everything is taught in great detail and nothing is rushed.
I think this a great DVD for a beginner to get up to speed with some of the fundamental coin magic concepts. Sure for £10 you still can't beat Bobo but if you prefer learning from a DVD then I highly recommend it. The advanced coin man probably won't find anything of value here, but for the beginner it's great.
Overall
9/10. Personally I would have enjoyed even more focus on sleights (maybe throw in a tenkai pinch) and I feel some of the tricks could've been left out, but other than that it's great.
