Thread from eye?

Postby Mr Ben » Jun 13th, '07, 12:25

Hey there,
I've been looking about for this trick for quite some time now. I am reffering to the "Thread from eye" trick. I don't know what it is called exactly, because I can't seem to find it on the internet anywhere!

The effect starts off with the classic 'Gypsy Thread' routine, but has a shocking revelation at the end; the performer appears to have swallowed the thread, and visibly produces it ( restored of course! ) from his eye!

Does anyone have this trick? And if so, could they please post a review along with where they bought it from?

I've heard that this effect is very 'risky', as it can damage your eye... I'm not sure if this is folk-lore or the truth.

Wayne Houchin performs this, and it can be seen at http://youtube.com/watch?v=YUNOpw84oDc Although I am not sure he is the inventor of this trick... or is he?

I have heard that Houchin is currently working on "Control", a pulse stopping effect. Will he possibly bring out this trick aswell?

Any help is much appreciated, and again - I urge anyone who has it to write a review on it!

Thanks in advance,
Mr Ben. :D

*EDIT* My apologies, it DOES say that he created the trick

I would have thought this will be released later in the year. Considering it was created by Wayne and he has a video of a performance and what not, I am assuming he is going to sell it.

Keep an eye here for his new products if you are interested in them:

he only method I know for this is qiote dangerous and you would't catch me trying it. But I'm sure that there must be a safe method out there somewhere.
