Hi i am relativly new to magic. Started off with revelutionary coin magic and Bobo's Modern Coin magic. I have got some stuff down, and have now also got Sankeys Supernatural to follow on in the random item style magic. Its kinda fun but i don't think it is entirely me. It has definitly helped with dexterity and understanding magic as a principle etc, but it is a little bit too quirky...and light for me.

This may get a few groans etc because i did a search for them just now only to find out they arn't that popular...

Barry and Stu were the guys that gave the initial push into the magic world way back in 2003 when magick first came on the air

(on a side note, i am not as a big a fan of some of the dirty tricks stuff...some is great...but they have themselves got a bit too quirky)


ANYWAY, i really liked the dark aesthetic to the magic and the grim magic tricks that they performed on it. I have just got a really lame looking version of the razor blades mouth tie up trick, but i can now do that one...just need to save up for a better looking version of the trick.

Man do i talk, finally any tips for tricks to look into for a darker tone?
