Don't see any reason why not, if you are working for money on a regular basis then that is your status.

I will be trying to refine my Revolution Count. That's if I can get away from my wife for long enough. :D

Will be packing my case ready for a week away from Monday to Friday so not much time for practice. Will probably spend some time on Saturday watching Scott Guinn's DVD with a deck or two of bikes at the ready if possible.

Well I was a passenger on a four hour drive to the lake district on Friday night. I can tell you my hands ached from practicing cards the whole way! And we even missed last orders so there was no medicinal beer to relax them

spent the whole weekend decorating and assembling flatpack furniture... didnt get time for any magic stuff

Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music. - Kristian Wilson, Nintendo, Inc, 1989..

I spent most of the weekend watching & practising stuff from 2 of the Troy Hooser's "Total Destruction" DVDs that a friend lent me & watching them has done something nothing else has been able to do, they've got me interested in Coin Magic (Will post a review once I have managed to view all the material)

I shouldn't really say too much but I spent quite a bit of time last week practicing the dreaded EC and (at this point Mandrake's lip starts to tremble with barely concealed excitement) I think I may be getting somewhere! I'm now at the stage where the first attempt is not all that good, then after a deep breath and some mental concentration, it works so well I nearly have an organism. After that it tends to go pear shaped again so I stop and leave it for 5 minutes or so then try again and it tends to work great 3 or 4 times on the trot. On this basis I reckon it's getting better guys, it really is!

Sorry to post another worthless post but everything that makes me want to type would be deleted anyway.

Glad to hear you are getting the hang of it Mandrake :D

Well it sort of indicates that there's a bit of a cardician in me after all - probably very deeply buried but definitely in there. It also shows that the time spent on these moves is considerable and the reward comes very slowly. Each time it doesn't work I can see where and why it doesn't and each time it does work I'm really chuffed. To use the time honoured phrase, 'If I can do it, anyone can do it, just go practice - a lot.'
