What is it called when a person stretched the deck of cards in thier hands like an elastic band, it looks really beautiful and i want to know what its called and where to learn how to do it, it looks hard.

Springing the cards?
Or maybe a dribble?

Would this be a flourish like a spring or a spread, or an actual magic effect where it looks like the deck is being stretched out?
