there's quite a nice routine in Mark Wilson's Complete Course, my routine is based on this one.

If I may, could I suggest the 'Worlds Greatest Spongeballs' DVD...

Fantastic, with a selection of routines by today's (and some of yesteryears) best authorities on the subject, including the inimitable Albert Goshman.

A great starting point in terms of seeing some classic performances.

Try Jay Sankey's Earplugs DVD. Tons of sponge work, and the DVD even comes with a set of Sponge Earplugs.

Yes, they are. Sponge balls aren't difficult at all anyway. You could most likely do any sponge move you learn at this moment.
It is mostly false transfers and adding sponges, along with some other minor moves as well.

The one seige mentioned is excellent, but have a look at the recently-released 'Sponge Ball Toolbox'. It contains a set of sponges, plus a few extra bits and pieces, so you can do stuff like a colour change, plus a two hour DVD.

It features Steve Dacri, who makes an appearance on 'World's Greatest Spongeballs', but he teaches many moves. In fact, while I was scanning through it (I was watching with my other half and she doesn't want to know how things are done), I think Steve might teach more moves and bits than the other DVD. I liked the 'World's Greatest' DVD a lot, but many of the routines were awfully similar.

The Albert Goshman segment turns up in the Toolbox DVD, plus at least one other guest performance, plus some bonus material of Steve, including a rather nice presentation of the Wild Card effect. It's not taught, but if you know how the basic routine works, you can get the rest.

There's also the Royal Magic DVD, which I can't recall the exact name of, which teaches some nice techniques, the Pat Page one (part of the 'Secret Seminars of Magic' series) and one by Brad Burt, all of which are good places to start.

What can I say...I like sponge balls.
