It's been a long while since I've ordered anything from Penguin, due to Ellusionist being, well, better (No offense). But Sunday I ordered GhostVision and the reload pack along with it, due to Ellusionist, well, not having it. Anyway, I remember the times I did order from Penguin, and the product arrived literally 3 - 4 days later with the used-to-be-free shipping. I have always been impressed with how fast they were. But I placed the order Sunday, and it's still hasn't even shipped yet. Now normally, I would have the trick in my hands right now and I wouldn't even be typing this.
Like I said, it's been a while. Is Penguin simply losing their touch, or is this just a freak sort of thing?

I believe they used to have a distribution centre just outside London, but now everything is shipped from the US. Could account for the delay I suppose. They have keen prices if you are prepared to wait.

They now ship from California... thats where there new whare house is.
And they have changed their shipping policy and such.
And they dont process stuff on Sunday any way.
