I appreciate all your thoughts and responses. They reflect the good amount of rationalism and balanced views in our society. Some people may have read the article and now try to refrain from using the microwave, others are not affected. I'm perfectly fine with that, each of you have made up your own minds as individuals and that is what I was hoping for. I'm not here to stop you using the microwave, I just want you to do what you think is good for you. I was only hoping to raise awareness out of care of TM members as the majority of us have and use a microwave, and the fact that this is a very rarely discussed and known issue to the general public. Funny the majority of feedback is negative, that’s the way the cookie crumbles eh?

I am led to believe most of the people commenting did not read the whole article as most of you would have skimmed it for its undue lengthiness, and none of us could understand all that science talk. In your spare time, if you can be bothered for your own sake, I urge you to reread the article carefully.
I will only state the facts.
Microwaves have a shorter wavelength than radio waves, which makes them slightly more harmful than shortwave radio and TV & FM radio waves. Member Josh Clarke and kolm, the people who studied physics like the well educated Farlsborough would know that on the electromagnetic spectrum, microwaves come after radio waves on the electromagnetic spectrum, it is basic physics knowledge. Here's a link to a reliable source:

I wanted to raise awareness about microwaving food just in case it is dangerous. Regardless whether it is or not, in the end there is inconclusive scientific evidence as stated by AndyRegs. The main lacking part of the argument is that I cant find any scientific evidence that using the microwave and eating microwaved food does not harm your health. For now, in the possible event that there might be some sort of risk, I think ill sacrifice the minor convenience of using a microwave to safeguard my health, “whether it be dangerous or not."
I decided to post this particular article as it combined as much information as it could from various other articles posted on the net. Few of them include:

http://www.relfe.com/microwave.html
If you take the time to do some further reading, you will find the sources that the information was taken from.
If you wish you can always test the effects on yourself. Honestly, for the people who completely don't mind microwaving their food, I would love if you could conduct a test out of curiosity. Take a blood test before the trial, then eat only the healthiest possible microwaved food for every meal, take vitamins, exercise as normal, and do everything you normally do for one whole month, or the longer the better. Take a blood test after and compare results, noting any significant physical, mental, or emotional changes. Theoretically there should be absolutely no harmful effects except you not eating another microwaved meal again

Anyhow I have learnt from experience to trust my instincts and that is what I will do. Take care people
