I have made a peek box that specs can handle, not in the sense where you can say 'examine this box' but used casually it works, like 'remove the cards from the box' or 'put the cards in the box'. or it can be casually shown all round in the magicians hands. i am sure others have come up with the same thing but i put it to the test this weekend, it worked great and i really enjoyed using it.
