The Black Ghost Deck

Postby Michael Kras » Jul 21st, '07, 16:22

As you may or may not know, Ellusionist recently made only 100 rare Black Ghost Decks, and gave them away randomly with the odd order of The Trilogy. This boy expected to film himself suling after losing, but watch what happens when he opens the package and discovers his own deck!

This video has been the laughing stock of another magic forum, and I thought I would share it with you.

If you watch closely, he accidentally stabs himself in the stomach! :D

Enjoy!

No wonder magicians often get the label of nerds, if this is the kind of video representing them.

It's a pack of cards for crying out loud! One that, with the exception of Ellusionist fans, means absolutely nothing to anybody!

Probably the loss of blood from the stab wound made him delirious... maybe he was holding a Tiger Deck the entire time :D :D

What a fool. Without sounding offensive, you couldn't imagine anyone in Britain behaving the same. He's a living cliche from some awful teen comedy.

The famous black ghost deck... personally, I don't see any point of having it. It's not very different than the black tiger deck. The only difference is the ace of spades.

As for printing only 100 of them, I doubt it.

I would be more excited about the DVD than about an extra pack of cards with a fancy ace of spades.

You couldn't imagine anyone behaving the same regardless of where they're from. Seems to me like it's a tryout for Not Another Teen Movie or maybe even for Scary Movie.

The parody on this is hilarious. I thought that the first one was a parody but the second one is just amazing (only thing I hate are those damn avaitor glasses).

Whats the point of having a deck of cards you are afraid to use? I tried getting one of those vanity decks from Ellusionist once, I never use it, it was too hard to replace- It wasnt the cost that got me, its the fact that If I want another, or more, i have to wait 7 days..

I'm a classic guy, red bikes ore my card of choice.

I was pretty chuffed when I got my Jerry's Nugget deck through, but only because of the thought of the profit I would make off it from idiots like these that get sexually excited over some cut up plastic!!

Honestly this kid is pathetic and needs a good slap, why is it Americans seem to overdo everything!! Or the ones that do!!

Lord freddie is right,in Britain we tend to have that stiff upper lip at times but it does stop up acting so embarassingly.

Mind you.. Britain has, in some parts, built a rep for binge drinking.. but even then, just go to a spring break in America.. Im sure over there the brits would look rather conservative in comparison

I bet this kid has never felt or never will feel the warm embrace of a woman.

And people like this should not be allowed to own sharp objects. I dont know what is worse him making the vid or us watching.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

So on that basis, we don't really need another thread on it - do we?
