Was your brother wondering, or were you wondering? sounds an awful lot like "I have a friend who...." type of things you see in kid's TV shows

Anyways, Bar tricks? any coin tricks are good to perform in a bar, if you're not into magic and just want to know a few tricks, Penguinmagic.com has a Torn and restored napkin trick for like 5 dollars in an instant download.

General close-up can be used in the bar but this is a guide book out called Bar Tricks not sure of the author. nThe torn and restored napkin bit is in Mark Wislon Complete course in Magic. 20 dollars in soft bound this book will have plenty of worth while bar materiel.

Get Doc Eason's 3 DVD set, "Bar Magic." It is rare when I suggest DVDs over a book, but this set gives you everything that you need for bar magic and watching Doc perform will teach you more about magic than any and all secrets given on the DVDs.

It's about as complete a treatise on bar magic as you'll ever find.

Mike.

If you're just after 'tricks' with no level of skill involved then get a copy of Dirty Tricks by Paul Zennon.

what do you mean by bar tricks? If you're after a few things to show your mates in the pub then cards are brilliant. Have a look at Karl Fulves Self Working Card Magic books.
